The Steyr Mannlicher Pro Hunter II offers a modern compliment to other traditional platforms. The durable, black synthetic stock resists weather and rough use, and features removable spacers to adjust LOP. The Mannlicher Pro Hunter features the Safe Bolt System, a unique 2+1 safety function that offers three settings operated by a wheel switch on the tang of the stock. Another feature is the 2-stage magazine securing mechanism that uses a first stage to lock the magazine in while allowing the bolt to be operated, but not engaging and chambering the rounds in the magazine. This provides the option of loading individual rounds by hand while maintaining a full magazine at the ready. This rifle has a 20" barrel with a black Mannox metal finish and is chambered in 7mm-08 Remington.
