The removal of the precision-welded top rail allows the use of original claw mounts and carry handles. *All furniture has an NRA quality rating of good- In safe working condition, minor wear on working surfaces, no broken parts, no corrosion or pitting that will interfere with proper functioning. This model comes with used stocks so it may have dings or blemishes
