Powered by VCSEL technology, the Watchman IR Illuminator helps positively ID targets and track prey beyond 500 yards. This device features three brightness settings to aid visibility when there is low to no ambient light available and can focus as low as three degrees and out to a 14 degree field of view. The Watchman works great as a handheld unit however, if the mission dictates, you can mount it to your firearm or night vision device via the included 30mm ring. The push button tail cap can be swapped out for the provided tape switch if it is needed in a more tactical application. Since IR illuminations are invisible to the naked eye, a small red light located at the tail cap will light up when the unit is powered on. Includes 30mm Ring, extended tape switch tail cap, 18650 rechargeable battery and charging cable.
