This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with state and local laws such as Colorado’s 15-round magazine capacity limit and age requirements. It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering meet all legal requirements before purchasing.

Restocking Fee for Non-Compliance: If your purchase cannot be legally shipped to your location due to non-compliance with local laws, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to your refund. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you fail to meet the age requirements or laws restricting certain items (e.g., magazine capacity, firearms, ammunition).

Federal Firearm License (FFL) Transfer: All firearm transactions must be processed through a licensed Federal Firearm License (FFL) dealer. You may be required to provide a valid ID and undergo a background check as part of your purchase.
