The THD is the perfect cartridge for home defense and law enforcement professionals operating in crowded urban environments. The THD's high momentum factor allows penetration of both hard and soft barriers while maintaining a higher average terminal velocity. This, along with its massive frontal area, means more tissue damage, hemorrhage, and trauma. The THD utilizes a lead point with ribs that point to the right to ensure smooth choke passage and patented rear slides into the point after the impact.
